With 13 years in senior living, I began as a caregiver at Sunrise Senior Living, later becoming a Health and Wellness Director for companies like Brookdale Senior Living. After obtaining my RCFE administrator’s license, I moved to Washington state in 2017. As an Executive Director, I specialized in regulatory compliance, clinical quality assurance, and multi-site support for senior living providers. In August 2021, I joined Cadence Living as the Executive Director at Cadence at Kent-Meridian, now Cogir of Kent. Outside work, I enjoy time with my family and our two dogs, Daisy and Leia.
